Q. How to join?

A. Follow the instruction “How to join”.

Credit card is required for monthly membership fee (VISA、MasterCard、JCB、AMEX、DINERS).

 

Q. Can I use this website with Smartphones?

A. Yes.

All smartphones with Internet browsers which can display our website are OK.

E-books are also available in PDF format.

 

Q. Can I use more than one computer?

A. Yes.

One Username and Password for each contract.

You can use this Username and Password unlimitedly as far as it’s personal use, however, more than two computers can’t use same Username and Password at the same time.

 

Q. Can I use this website in any country?

A. Yes.

There is no boarder on the Internet!

 

Q. How can I pay monthly fee?

A. Monthly fee will be charged on your credit card automatically every month.

Next month’s fee will be charged at the end of every month.

First month’s fee is free (1 month fee will be charged if you withdraw within the month).

 

Q. When the “month” starts and ends?

A. The “month” is from the 1st day to the last day of the month.

Q. What is the name on my credit card statement?

A. Unifas Inc. is shown on your statement.

Unifas Inc. is the company who operates F1TECH.

 

Q. Can’t I use any other payment method?

A. Unfortunately, only credit card is accepted.

 

Q. I forget my Username and password.

A. Please use the Contact form (http://f1-tech.net/form/).

Then input required fields. You will receive e-mail with your details immediately.

 

Q. I can’t Login !

A. Please re-check your Username and Password.

Please be careful about capital letters and small letters.

And also check your registered credit card validity. Your membership will be lost if the monthly fee is not chargeable at the end of last month.

If you still have problem, please contact via Contact form.

 

Q. My registered credit card became invalid.

A. Withdraw your Premium membership at once, and then re-register with another credit card.

Unfortunately our system doesn’t have menu to change your credit card information because that’s not on our server but on credit card settlement company’s server due to security reason.

 

Q. I want to modify my profile.

A. Please use “Login Menu”

Login > Profile > Input required fields

If you have any problem, please use Contact form with your name and Username written.

 

Q. I want to withdraw from Membership.

A. Please use “Login Menu”

Login > Profile > Withdrawal

If you have any problem, please use Contact form with your name and Username written.

 

Q. Can anyone be withdrawn by compulsion?

A. In case of any breach of user agreement, membership might be stop.
